All About Dominican Republic

The Caribbean is well known by divers for its colorful and shallow reefs, and laid back vibes. The Dominican Republic offers up both in abundance. With almost 800 miles of palm tree lined beaches, there is no shortage of opportunity for divers to hit the water. In fact, every coast has something different and exciting to see underwater. In addition to the colorful coral reefs and walls here, there are numerous wrecks and caverns to explore. Around the islands, even the snorkeling is spectacular!

Hello again, Sipadan

There’s only a few places on earth were you can see huge schools of whirling barracudas that engulf you, large sea turtles of different species, lurking sharks, and jammed-packed reef of angelfish, triggerfish, morays and gobies all in just one dive....

This was my second time in Sipadan during the same year, i went aboard Celebes Explorer with 9 friendly divers from China during 31st July - 07th August 2016.

HIDDEN PARADISE - PULAU WEH

There is a place in Indonesia very dear to my heart.
It is a small active volcanic island where time and stress seem not to exist. The place could easily be under a magical spell.

Life is simple and wonderful. It is a paradise above and below water. Everybody is happy, smiley, very friendly and extremely chilled out. Everything here is “Bagus!”(Good!), as the locals say.

I fell in love with Pulau Weh as soon as I set my foot on it...

As a dive instructor, I love my job. Actually, I am sometimes ashamed of calling it a “job”:

I spend my life in beautiful places surrounded by so many different people, I take thousands of photos with stunning sunsets and sunrises ( ehm..ok, sunsets are easier) basically everyday, the scent of the Ocean is always with me and, above all , I get paid to DIVE! And sometimes, the more I dive , the more I get paid!

Maldives - Diving in the rough season

Turtle Kingdom - Sipadan

Palau Sipadan means "Border Island" in Malay local language, it is an island of outstanding natural beauty. The island is the only oceanic island in Malaysia, rising 600 meters from seabed, it was formed over thousands years by living corals growing on top of an extinct volcano.

The amazing diversity and abundance of marine life found at Sipadan makes it one of the top world's top diving spots and without doubt the most famous scuba destination in Malaysia.

Maldives - The “Sunny Side of Life”

In everybody’s mind synonymous of clear blue water, cloudless skies and white sandy beaches sprinkled with lush palm trees. But for our group of divers who landed only few hours ago in this Paradise, they seems don't care about all these trivial matters, they just cannot wait to jump on our liveaboard and finally begin what has been awaited for such a long time: It’s February, and the time has come to finally start the 13 days long dive liveaboard trip towards the extreme south of this archipelago!

THE CENOTES OF THE RIVIERA MAYA

There are many places in the world that offer cave and cavern diving. But there is only one place in the world where cave and cavern diving are simply unique.

The Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico is home to the Cenotes. They are the largest underground fresh water system in the world. The word “cenote” comes from the Mayan language and means “entrance”.
