There are many islands all around Thailand can offer scuba diving service, however, most of the best dive sites are found primarily along the western coast of Thailand, in the Andaman Sea.

Similan Islands | North Andaman Sea
The famous Similan island liveaboard trips includes both Similan and Surin National Parks, it's usually 5 or 4 days trip, most of the diving to the Similan Islands is done between November to April when the park is open to tourist.
South Andaman Sea
Further down Phuket in the South Andaman Sea, it includes islands like Hin Daeng, Hin Muang, Koh Ha, Koh Lanta, Koh Rok, Koh Phiphi... South Andaman Sea offers varied dive sites, from slopping coral reefs, submerged sea mounds, massive stacked boulders with swim through caves, mini-walls, and wrecks, it is all there to be dived and explored. Msot of the diving to South Andaman Sea is done from August to October each year.
Koh Tao
During the south west monsoon arrive yearly (from May through to September), the diving on the west coast of Thailand is most limited, however, the east coast of the country is still relatively calm, and go onboard join for a liveaboard diving trip around Koh Tao tends to be a new fashion now. It will take you to visit different dive sites around Koh Tao and Chumphon including Chumphon Pinnacle and Sail Rock.
