Itineraries

CENTRAL & SOUTHERN 5 ATOLLS

See the best of the Maldives' marine life on a classic Central and Southern Atolls itinerary. You will dive in the atolls of North Malé, South Malé, Ari, Felidhoo, Meemu during cruises of 9 nightsminimum. This Maldives dive cruise is ideal for a first discovery of the archipelago.

Diving on Ari Atoll
The dive sites are varied with many sharks, rays, soft coral overhangs and huge schools of fish. On several reefs we will see manta rays being cleaned, and on night dives we will see white tip sharks, snappers and jacks hunting. In the south of the atoll, we will encounter whale sharks.

Dives on the atolls of Malé and Felidhoo
We will dive in the passes to observe the pelagic fauna that concentrates there when the water enters the atolls (sharks, eagle rays, barracudas, jacks...). We will do a night dive with nurse sharks towards Alimata.

Diving on Meemu Atoll
Exceptional dives with lots of pelagics and fish. With an incoming current, the water is translucent, a perfect visibility to observe schools of sharks, rays, trevallies, baracudas... In the second part of the dive, we appreciate the coloured corals and the schools of fish.

FAR SOUTH 8 ATOLLS

Dive between Malé & Addu South Malé Atoll, Felidhoo, Meemu, Thaa, Laamu, Huvadhoo, Foamulah, Addu.

The dive sites in the Deep South atolls are not very popular. In the Deep South you will mainly dive in the passes to observe pelagics and schools of fish gathering.

We go to the Deep South during February, March and April. At this time of the year, the currents enter the passes to the east of the atolls and the visibility is very good. With these ideal conditions, the passes of the Deep South guarantee an unforgettable spectacle.

As pass dives are quite sporty, the Deep South cruises are reserved for experienced divers.

The shark population is more important in the Deep South than in the rest of the archipelago. Grey sharks, albimarginatus, hammerheads. As well as tiger and thresher sharks which can be seen in the atolls of Huvadhoo and Foamulah.

If you like concentrations of pelagic fish, the dives in the passes will amaze you: schools of jacks, tunas, barracudas, eagle rays...

In the atolls of Thaa and Huvadhoo, we will spend the night in lagoons where whale sharks feed at night.

We will visit manta ray cleaning stations in the southern pass of Meemu Atoll and in Addu Atoll.

During the 10 to 14 minute cruises nights, you will dive in the atolls of Male, Felidhoo, Meemu, Thaa, Laamu, Huvadhoo, Foammulah and Addu.

You will take a domestic flight (flight time: 1h40) upon arrival between Malé and Gan or at the end of the cruise between Gan and Malé.

Sailing between the more remote atolls will be done at night to allow us to devote the days to diving.
