Itineraries

Best of Central Atolls

At the center of this long archipelago are situated, from East to West , four of the most famous atolls of Maldives: North Male, South Male, Felidhoo and Ari .

The cruise sets out to the south, letting new divers get used to the comfortable temperatures of these waters with the exploration of a trawler which sank three decades ago, turned into a house for the typical micro fauna of these waters : needle fish and scorpion fish (Pterois volitans) inhabiting the outside decks and clefts full of glassfish .

Manta Madness

The trip to Baa Atoll is a unique experience that brings our guests to the UNESCO site of Hanifaru Bay, the famous lagoon where every year hundreds of Manta Rays aggregate to feed.

The trip starts in North Malè , by cruising North-West to reach the Atoll of Baa, where the chances to meet Manta Ray and Whale sharks are high in every dive spot. The goal of the trip is to enter Hanifaru Bay lagoon to snorkel with an impressive number of Manta Rays.

After the amazing experience in the UNESCO site, our journey continues towards the south to Rasdhoo Atoll, with his oceanic pass, and towards Ari Atoll, where we have some of the most famous dive spots: Rasdhoo Madivaru, Bathala maaga Kanthila, Bathala thila, Maaya thila and, when possible, Fish Head, Maalos thila and Moofushi. The last part of the trip is focused on beautiful reefs and pelagic fish such as white tip and gray sharks, napoleon wrasse, eagle rays, soft and hard corals, turtles, and so on.

Magnificent 7 Atolls

The sunny high way to the Southern part of Maldives touch seven atolls from North Male to Laamu. This trip dive kind is mainly focus on channel dives, clear water and “ big stuff” as white tip sharks, grey reef sharks, eagle rays, barracuda, tuna, napoleon wrasse and the magical night encounter with the gentle giant whale shark.

During the cruising we will touch deserted islands with virgin lagoons and beautiful untouched reefs. Due to the small amount of touristic resort and safari boats, these waters are really fishy, and often groups of bottle nose dolphin come play in front of the boat prow.

The large marine life, in the typical dry season clear water, guarantees unforgettable underwater meetings and charged-up dives.

Wild Deep South

In Maldives all the dives site that have “kandu” in the name are channel dives. That means clear water, dive on the ocean edge to meet a big amount of grey reef sharks, tuna, jack fish and sometime dolphins and sail fish. In deep south some of them host a big amount of green turtles (Kooddo Kandu, Vilingili Kandu partucularly); some of them has great coral gardens (such as Kureddoo Kandu, Kondei Kandu).

Outside of the island of Genemanafushi we have good chance to meet large group of Hammerheads Sharks, diving in the blue, drifting long an oceanic reef. Southern than Huvadhoo, if the ocean condition are good, we can go to the ultimate Maldivian dive destination, Fommulah. This atoll is made by only one island in the middle of the Indian ocean: here, thanks to the oceanic current, we have great chances to meet tiger sharks and thresher sharks. We can spend here just one full day and make 3 dives, because there isn’t a place for night anchorage: not so uncommon to meet here oceanic mantas or whale sharks. More than one night we will try to attract whale shark behind the boat with a powerful light. Thanks to the many desert islands, we will do the barbecue on the beach in a very beautiful location, need just to pic-up an island!

South Borders of Maldives

Discover the Southern part of Maldives to enjoy magnificent encounters in crystal clear water. These trips cruise between Addu atoll, where Maldives ends in its Southest part and the Northern part of Huvadhoo atoll.

Addu is famous for having manta rays countable all year long and one of the biggest wreck explorable in Maldives: British Loyalty Ship. In Addu we will spend 2 days, mantas worth it.

The main moment of the diving trip is when we reach the very famous island/atoll Fuvahmulah, well known for the abundant presence of tiger sharks, hammerhead sharks and, only for the luckiest, the shy thresher shark. We will spend most of our trip diving around this magnificent island.

This area provide the largest part of Yellow Fin Tuna in Maldives so it's a good destination also for fisherman and ocean lover in general. In Fuvahmulah is highly recommended to spend the longest time, 4 to 5 days. The most Maldivian style part of the trip will visit Huvadhoo atoll, according to the weather condition.

In this area it’s common to meet grey reef sharks, green turtles are all over the place and, following the ocean stream, it is possible to visit memorable coral gardens. While cruising in these virgin waters it is not uncommon to encounter silky sharks, oceanic black tip and dolphins.
