Description

Boat

Reef Endeavour is a 73 meters long, 14 meters wide steel vessel with crusing speed at 13.5 konts. It was originally designed to cater for 168 passengers however with subsequent refurbishment, including the creation of suites and family rooms, the number of passengers on board at any one time is now significantly reduced allowing for even more public area and deck space to be enjoyed.

Reef Endeavour has a swimming pool, day spa, sauna and jacuzzi on board, along with a mini gym, pool bar, two cocktail bar, two lounges and a single-sitting dining saloon, conference room, gift shop, a library and DVDs,

Dining is a vital ingredient on your Fiji cruise. Whether it is an alfresco luncheon, gourmet barbecue or a-la-carte dinner, our food is prepared on board from fresh local and imported produce. Our cuisine is a contemporary fusion of international and Fijian flavours. There is one sitting for meals. Table seating is assigned for most evening Dinners whilst Breakfast and Lunch are free seating. We cater for most special diets in our fully equipped Galley so please let us know your requirements in advance. However, we are fully licensed and are able to store any duty free liquor you may have for the duration of the cruise as it can’t be consumed aboard.

Reef Endeavour offers free wifi at most anchorages on the Yasawa and Remote North Discovery Cruises in the Yasawa Lounge and the Tabua Suites. There is very limited access on the Lau Discovery Cruise. We depend on the mobile phone network which does not cover the remote areas of Fiji.

Reef Endeavour offers shore activities at least twice a day and often to a different island but it is optional for you to participate so there is plenty of relaxation time. Onboard also offer the Captains Kids Club for children aged from 5-9 years to make sure that you get to relax and enjoy some quiet time!

Diving Excursions in Fiji

Our Fiji Cruises offer multiple dive opportunities at an additional cost for both certified and ‘first time’ divers. By combining your dive holiday with a relaxing Captain Cook cruise, you’ll have the chance to explore up to 3 different dive sites every day, and participate in shore excursions when your dive schedule allows. If your partner doesn’t dive, they can still enjoy some of the other great cruise activities scheduled during dive excursions.

We’ve incorporated a wide variety of dives for all experience levels into our 3, 4 and 7 Night Mamanuca and Yasawa Island Cruises, our 7 Night Remote North (Colonial) and 4 Cultures Discovery Cruises and, for the ultimate experience, our cruise to the remote Lau group and Kadavu. You can choose how many times you’d like to dive during each cruise.

Our PADI Five Star resort offers dive courses onboard if you wish and obtain your Open Water, Advanced Diver or Rescue Diver PADI qualification. The learning can be completed online prior to your cruise or aboard with our expert dive team.

DIVE LOCATIONS

Dive sites will vary depending on the cruise and conditions. Generally two dives per day are available and are undertaken by smaller boats to access some of Fiji’s amazing dive locations. Swim throughs, caves, coral bommies and breathtaking coral gardens are some of the highlights you may experience. The average dive duration is 40 minutes and most dives cater to part-time or occasional divers. For first time divers, a gentle entrance from the shores of a tropical island will see you exploring the spectacular fringing coral reefs. Dives sites are subject to weather conditions and cruise itinerary requirements.

Explore various dive sites when you join a Mamanuca, Yasawa Island, Lau Group or Kadavu cruises. Enjoy an intimate dive with sharks in their natural habitat on the 3 or 7 nights Yasawa cruises.
