Pelagian’s sorties will show you a different kind of diving to that seen at Wakatobi resort, with muck diving par excellence. If you've dived sites around Wakatobi Dive Resort before, you’ll definitely want to expand your dive adventures to the reef systems beyond the island of Tomia.

Pelagian gives you exclusive access to remote and untouched sites where you will have the luxury of being the only divers for miles around, able to enjoy your dive in secluded peace and relaxation.

Exotic species on every dive
New marine life discoveries lay waiting for you and your camera. Exotic and rare marine life can be found on all dives, but if you love muck diving, sites such as Cheeky Beach and Asphalt Pier are sure to create excitement. If you like sheer cliffs and caves, Tanjung Batutoro offers something for both wide-angle and macro photographers.

Yacht charter and custom itinerary
But these are only a few of the many and varied sites you may visit with Pelagian. Why not book the Pelagian for the family or a small group of friends and explore Wakatobi’s outer reaches together, under an itinerary customised to your desires?

How to get there: Wakatobi-Bali air charter

Wakatobi's private air charter gives direct access from Bali to our purpose-built airstrip. We have flights each Monday and Friday, leaving Bali in the morning and arriving in the resort in time for lunch. The cost is USD300-400 one-way.

Please contact our agents to know information on the flights and the schedule.

Bali is well served by numerous international airlines and you should have no problems in finding flights heading there which suit your budget and schedule. We take care of you from the moment you pass through immigration in Bali, guiding you through baggage claim and customs, and out to meet your driver (if you have one pre-arranged).

Private jet support
Guests who wish to travel to Wakatobi by their own private jet are welcome. Our airstrip is 1,500m (5,000ft) in length and can accommodate aircraft such as the Gulfstream V and Global 5000. We can assist with permits, handling and security – please enquire for details.

Public route
There are daily scheduled flights from Bali to Makassar or Kendari. From there you may take a local flight to Wangi-Wangi, and after a one-night stay, you can take a local ferry to Tomia Island
