Decent dive operation but grotty and badly maintained cabins on our trip to Similan Islands in Nov 2016. Basic mattresses on floor and badly leaking pipework in bathroom. Certainly not luxury. The food was a bit variable. Very good divemaster and lovely helpful crew. Average but pleasant tropical reef diving. Richelieu Rock was very nice though.
